Grimnetic is a dark humor and creative expression platform owned and operated by Resolute Cyber Defense LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By accessing or using the platform at grimnetic.com or app.grimnetic.com, you agree to these terms in full.
Grimnetic is intended for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 are not permitted to access paid features.
Grimnetic is a platform for wit, dark humor, and creative expression. You may not use Grimes, Capsules, or any platform feature for harassment, hate speech, targeted threats, doxxing, illegal content, content involving minors, or coordinated abuse of any individual or group. Dark humor must remain humor — there is a clear and enforceable line between wit and harm, and we will enforce it.
All Grimnetic characters — including Mort, Vera, Rex, Sable, Dex, Zuko, Pixie, Glitch, Craig, Harriet, and Renard — are original characters owned exclusively by Resolute Cyber Defense LLC. The Grimnetic name, the Grime and Grimes terminology, and all platform design elements are proprietary. You may not reproduce, license, or commercialize any platform character or brand element without express written consent.
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to the platform — including Grimes, Capsules, and Marketplace packs — you grant Resolute Cyber Defense LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to any video or media you upload.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time character pack purchases are non-refundable. Resolute Cyber Defense LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.
The platform is provided as-is. Resolute Cyber Defense LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas, or the applicable federal courts of the Northern District of Texas.
