We collect information you provide directly — such as subscription details processed through Stripe — and usage data generated by your interaction with the platform including Grime creation activity, Arena participation, and feature engagement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Usage data is used to improve platform features, calculate Nation scores, and personalize your citizen experience. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on Grimnetic servers. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for product development and analytics.
Grimnetic uses browser localStorage to save your Grimes, Arena scores, and Nation data locally on your device. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly share a Grime. We use minimal cookies for session management only.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To exercise this right, contact us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy law.
